What Do I need to make this server work?
I have a IBM eseries 335 server Missing its scsi harddrive, However I tend to be lost with what i need?
Does it need a caddy for the Hdd?
How do i find out how many Pin's the Hdd has or needs?
this is a one U server. if you have never operated a server it will loose you.
they are not a pc. anyway the scsi drive in this unit is hot swapable. and you need the rails for the drive to slide in the unit. you will also need to know how to set up the raid.
