Please could anyone tell me that how to turn on the photo capture utility in Dell Inspiron 1464.
If this is the built-in camera on the Inspiron's...
I would try this...
Open up the camera, when it shows there isn't a device, I KNOW IT SOUNDS ODD..
But try plugging a flash drive into a USB port and see if that will find the camera.
