Where's best place to get a plug adapter to connect an old Power Macintosh 8600/250 to...?
a new Mac flat screen. The connector on the flat screen has a male connector, with three rows of 10 pins and then four pins on the right with a horizontal one in the middle. Those last five items are next to the 3 rows of pins. It says it's a Studio Display flat screen. I went to Fry's but they just looked at me funny and said they didn't carry such an adapter. The plug for a monitor in the back of the harddrive has two rows, one with 7 holes, one with 8.
You need to upgrade the video card in the old Mac. That is why it won't fit the new flat screen. Check www.smalldog.com.
