yes, it should work as both have RP-SMA connectors. However, that antenna may not boost the signal all that much. Even if it gives that extra 10db signal improvement (12dbi vs original 2dbi antenna), it means that the signal is more 'flat", that is, it will spread out a bit farther horizontally as it's designed. However, if you are above or below the router (basement or second story), expect just as much drop in signal with that new antenna as those that gain on the main floor.
Antennas can only shape the signal to go in different directions, they do not create more power. By shaping the signal to go in a specific direction or make the signal more "flat", it looks like a regular antenna with just more power (equivalent) to those in the "focused' direction. Those in other directions will lose signal to give it to the "focused" direction.
