Yahoo! Mail doesn't support 'read receipt requests'. They are useless anyway since, even if your recipients are using an email client that supports them, it is typically turned off by default. And in the end, it's up to your recipient to explicitly choose to send a read receipt, and unless you are personally known to them, most will not for fear of possibly validating their email address to a spammer.
You're far more likely to get better results by simply asking your recipient for a reply.
