Faxing without a phone line?
I have an all-in-one fax/printer/scanner but want to get rid of my phone line. I want to find out if there's a way to keep the fax functionality without my phone line. I know there are a number of fax thru email sites out there (efax, myfax) but they require a monthly fee.
Is there a site that lets you receive faxes and send faxes through the fax machine/computer by paying on a per use basis and not a monthly fee? Or maybe some software I can purchase and pay once to use the fax machine on an unlimited basis? Or, even better, is there some software that will let me hook my mobile phone number to my fax machine? I know I could scan faxes to send them, but with what software would I send them?
I'm just looking for a way to use my fax machine without a landline or an additional monthly fee.
