What to do if my left side is significantly weaker than my right?
I have started to work out lately and I have noticed that my right side (whole leg, whole arm, shoulder, chest) is stronger than my left side. I am right handed but I would like to even my body out. I am currently doing free-weights but I would like to see faster results. Should I just do lower intensity workouts on my right side and focus more on my left side?

I was always taught that when working out, start with your left side first, then match your reps on the right side. For example, do bicep curls with your left arm first, then do the same number of sets/reps on the right (even if your right side could do more). Over the course of several months, this technique will even out your left and ride sides. When they get close to each other in strength, you can begin exercising normally.
