How to hook up a Network Hub?
I have the cable modem on my computer. My daughter wants to be connected to my modem to her computer via the hub.
Plug the modem into the UPLINK (or somewording like that depending on the model) and then each of the computers into the hub. You may have to check the hub's instructions to see if it's assigning IP addresses or if the modem is doing that.
To answer more, we'd need the make/model numbers of the modem and hub.
