Can I swap a SIM card from one Net 10 phone to another newer Net 10 phone?
I've had a Net 10 phone for awhile and I was thinking of upgrading to one of their newer models. Would I be able to swap my Sim card to retain all of my saved minutes and airtime?
actually, I'm positive that you can not swap the SIM card on a Tracfone ph (they're preaty much the same comp.) I'm not 100% sure about Net10s, though. Here's the thing: when the ph. gets activated that SIM card number is asigned to that ph number and that ph's serial number, so you can't swap it. There was an option in TF where you could upgarde it and transfer everything you have in that ph. 2 a new one, but you'll need another SIM card. Before proceding, I would contact Net10's customer service just to make 100% sure: 1-877-836-2368
