System analysis question help?
When normalizing data models, if you take attributes that have multiple values for a single instance of an entity and create separate entities
for those attributes you are moving from:
A. O normal form to 1st normal form (1NF)
B. 2nd normal form (2NF) to 3rd normal form (3NF)
C. Generalized normal form (GNF) to fully normalized form (FNF)
D. Dependent normal form (DNF) to Independent normal form (INF)
thanks guys
hmm....
i guess...
A? that should be the first step when normalizing the tables: breaking the tables when some single entity needs to be separate ( and it haves more than one ) records
in fact i understood the question bu t i don't know how to explain it
