Can verizon replace my modem for free?
I have a modem that I got about 6 years ago. It is currently gathering dust because it is slow. Really slow. Like, 20kb/s slow. It is sitting on my desk, disconnected. So to connect to the internet, i bring my laptop to the library. But when they are closed, I am stuck without internet. Can I ask Verizon to replace my modem, and will they do it for free? And will i notice any difference?
