Anyone know how to contact the Better Business Bureau?
Or some other agency that we can report a scam? We ordered an AC adapter for our laptop about 2 mos. ago. They said we would get it in a week. It didn't come. I checked on the order status and the shipping date was changed to 3/24/06. We checked on it again since it didn't arrive and now the website is completely gone. I had tried to contact the company but only got a generic answering machine and of course, no phone call back. I'm sure we won't get our money back from them but I would still like to report them. How would I go about doing that? We live in California. I'm planning on contacting our credit card company once we remember which card it was we put it on...lol. Any remedies/suggestions for us?
