Is there a used cell phone I can get that I can put my SIM card in and start using?
I have T-Mobile and a razor that shuts itself off. I don't want a new plan so I'm hoping to buy a used phone that I can plug in my SIM card to and begin using. Is this even possible?? On eBay, some say you need to "activate" the phone even though it's unlocked. What the hell does that mean?
I have ATT and I have gotten old used phones and just put my sim card in and it worked, but i had somebody else set it up for me. I don't think tha tyou have to activate it.
