Why is Surge Protector only 230V input?
can i run my 850 power supply with that? like the APC Essential SurgeArrest 5 outlets 230V can it run several devices, i mean whats its limit here?

Umm... I'm going to assume you need a crash course on electricity.
Watts are the amount of current.
Volts are the electrical potential.
Typically, your house is wired for 230Vs. That means every appliance in your house is set to use 230Vs. Now, how MUCH electricity is used is the wattage. The "limit" would be the Amperage on the surge outlet... which is also limited by the electrical outlet you plug it into. In short, it's probably more than capable of powering all the devices you can plug into it.
