have a laptop wich has wireless internet, will i be able to use the 360 ethernet cable on it and play online?
because i'll be getting a 360 and i really dnt wanna buy an adapte rand my ethernet cable doesn't reach so can any one help me out here ????? please ???

If you are using a Laptop PC with Windows, connect your laptop to the 360 with the ethernet cable and make sure you wireless in on.
After that, all you have to do is go to the Control Panel, select "Network and Sharing Center," then select "Manage Network Connections."
That should take you to the "Network Connections" tab.
There you will see "Local Area Connection" and "Wireless Network Connection."
Highlight both, then right-click and select "Bridge Connections."
Voila, you have just modified your laptop to function as a WiFi connector for you XBox 360.
From here I suggest you turn on your XBox and test the network / internet connection and XBox-Live connection status. If all has gone according to plan, you should be connected.
