Will this ever go higher?
Turierik, from what I can see the torrent you are downloading does NOT have anybody with the 100 % of the file, in other words, there is no seeder. If there is no seeder, there is no chance for you or anybody else to complete this torrent. How it will go higher, ONLY if a person with 100% of the torrent connects again but your chances are close to none because most people seed just for a short time.
Next time you are going to download a torrent, make sure there is at least one seeder (the more the better). Look for the same file in other torrent and forget this one.
