I have a new Toshiba laptop, and I can't seem to find the webcam, or any shortcut to it. I know the driver for it is installed because I can use it on my messenger.

I've done the scanners and cams thing.
It says that there is none connected.
Go to the startup
Look for control Panel
go to Scanners and Cameras
click the cameras
Then it will list the name of the camer currently connected or built into your computer
click it, and it will turn on,
It's suppose to have a button on the outside to access it.
