My toilet will not flush with any paper in it and I have mold growing from my sink?
I think the problems are related, but not sure? The tank fills full and dumps well. I can plunger the toilet and it clears up easily. I dug up the tank (which overflows to a pond on the back of the property) and took the lid off to make sure there was no back pressure. What I do not know is how the roof vents play into this?
The sink part of the problem: It has the seal leg under the sink and it holds a good level. (no leaks).
Help!
I am not a plumber but have done some septic work, it sounds like you may have a clog in the drain line, you may be able to get a "snake" which is long flexible piece of metal that you work down the drain, or you could have someone come out and take a look. possibly roots from trees could be clogging it also
