To setup dual Monitors I can use a vga splitter?
I can see on amazon I can get a vga splitter for around $10. However a graphic card with 2 vga inputs is much more expensive.
My computer has a video card already, so I really don't need all the extra stuff, but for some reason a $10 "splitter" seems to simple and I think it may need a converter or something.
My question is, will the vga splitter work?

You will NEVER be able drive two monitors independently (display different images on each screen) using a VGA splitter. If you want to drive two monitors independently, you need a video card that supports two monitors.
