Cut down to 4 GB of RAM, drop the AMD 1100T, and go Intel i5 2500K processor + P67 motherboard instead
The i5 2500K is easily better all around. Everything else looks decent but you can save more and put it towards the more expensive P67 motherboard (ASRock is good for the price) by dropping the PSU down to 600 watts. You don't need a 750 watt PSU for that setup
EDIT to below: 16 GB of RAM is unnecessary. 8 GB is more than enough for pretty much anything, and 4 is standard. Nvidia is not better than ATI as a rule since both companies make many different card models. The 6870 is an excellent card
