How can I get my office phone to ring only when a call is transfered to me ?
Ok its like this my office is small with no receptionist. When calls come in all the phones ring, with most of them being for the other dept, who does most of the answering, if needed they transfer to our dept.
How can I cut the ringing sound when a call comes in, is there a feature # code for this ?
